Himeko goes the store throughout the year bumping into men who look straight from a book except they don't act like one?! Sammi Martinez is pursuing their BFA in 2d Animation at the School of Visual Arts. Their most recent work is Bookstore Au, an animated short film and love letter to a Japanese rom-com with strong use of limited colors. Sammi loves to use color and eye-catching stylization to enrich stories and build magnificent worlds that draw in and captivate audiences. Sammi can be found in their spare time at local cafes and Japanese bookstores.
